Directions
Preheat a griddle or frying pan to medium-high heat and add the oil.
Place the frozen hash browns onto the griddle and cook, pressing them down slightly to create a smashed texture, turning occasionally until golden and crispy.
Add the bacon and cook until crispy, allowing the fat to render onto the cooking surface.
Add the sliced sausage and cook briefly until heated through and lightly browned.
Move the bacon and sausage around the griddle so the hash browns can cook in the rendered fat for extra flavor.
Divide the minced beef into 4 portions, place onto the griddle, and smash into thin patties, then season lightly with salt.
Cook the patties until browned and crisp on the edges, then flip and place cheese on top to melt.
Lightly toast the burger buns on the griddle until warm.
Assemble the burgers by placing a beef patty on the bottom bun, followed by smashed hash browns, bacon, and sausage slices.
Add your preferred sauce such as hot sauce, ketchup, or brown sauce, then place the top bun on and serve immediately.
Step back and admire the best start to the day you’ve had in a long while.
Remember, Be Good, Do Good and Eat Good.
