Funfetti Pancakes

   In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients to make the pancake batter.

   Heat griddle to medium.

   Make pancakes by pouring 1/4 cup of batter on the griddle top. Once you begin to see bubbles, flip the pancakes and cook another 2-3 minutes.

   Stack 5-6 pancakes on a plate, and drizzle with icing, top with whipped cream, cherry, and more sprinkles.
