Pizza Burger
Everything you love about a pepperoni pizza, stacked on top of a juicy burger. Finished with melty mozzarella, crispy pepperoni, a quick pizza sauce, and plenty of garlic butter, this burger delivers big Italian-inspired flavor in every bite.
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone to medium-high heat.
Season the burger patties with salt and place them onto the hot griddle. Cook for 4–5 minutes until a deep crust forms, then flip.
While the burgers cook, melt the butter in a small pan. Stir in the garlic and Italian herbs, then cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, a splash of vinegar, garlic granules, and a pinch of Italian herbs to create a quick pizza-style sauce.
Place the pepperoni slices onto the griddle and cook briefly until they begin to curl and lightly crisp around the edges.
Top each burger patty with mozzarella cheese and cover with a melting dome or cloche until the cheese is fully melted.
Lightly butter the burger buns and toast them until golden brown.
Spread the pizza sauce onto the bottom buns.
Place a cheesy burger patty on each bun, then top with the warm pepperoni.
Brush the garlic butter over the inside of the top buns or spoon it over the finished burgers for an extra burst of flavor.
Top with the toasted buns and serve immediately while the cheese is hot and melty.
