Pork Chops with Warm Apple Chutney
Directions
Preheat the griddle to low heat.
Dice the onions and apples.
Melt about a tablespoon of butter on the griddle. Add the diced apples and onions with a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring every 1 to 1½ minutes.
Season the pork chops with Blackstone All Purpose seasoning.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the center of the griddle and place the seasoned side of the pork chops down onto the oil. Season the other side of the chops.
Flip the pork chops every 2-3 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 140°F.
Finish the chutney by adding the brown sugar, white sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon sugar, and vinegar to the apple and onion mixture. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from the griddle.
Remove the pork chops from the griddle, serve with the warm apple chutney, and enjoy!
