In a medium bowl combine hot water and yeast. Let it sit for a few minutes until a foam develops. Add the brown sugar, olive oil, salt, and flour. Knead until the dough is stretchy. Form it into a ball and allow to rise for 30 minutes to an hour in a warm place, covered.
In a small bowl combine the apples, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Preheat the pizza oven to 400˚. Stretch out the pizza dough into a 12” circle. Spread a thin layer of room temperature butter (about 2 tbsp) and then add the apple mixture.
Sprinkle the streusel mixture on top and cook in the pizza oven for about 10 minutes.
Once removed from the pizza oven, brush the crust with melted butter. Drizzle the top of the pizza with caramel sauce and powdered sugar glaze.
