  • 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • Sesame seed hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Pickle chips
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to high. Add oil and ground beef. Chop the meat finely, add half of the diced onion, and toss.
  2. While the meat is cooking, mix all the Sloppy Joe sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Once the meat is cooked, add the Sloppy Joe sauce. Heat for about 1 minute, tossing until the meat is evenly coated. Transfer the meat to a bowl and set aside.
  4. Preheat one side of your griddle to low. Toast the sesame seed buns until they reach the desired crispiness.
  5. Open the toasted buns. Add a generous scoop of the Sloppy Joe meat, then top with special sauce, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickle chips, and the remaining diced onions. Close the sandwich and enjoy!
