Buffalo Bacon Blue Cheese Dogs

Directions

   Turn the Blackstone griddle on high heat and drizzle with cooking oil.

   Put sausages on the griddle and season all sides with Buffalo Blue seasoning. Remove from the griddle when seared on all sides.

   Wrap two slices of bacon around each sausage.

   Put bacon-wrapped sausages on the griddle and slowly turn to get all sides seared. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles. Sprinkle water on the griddle top and cover it with a basting dome to melt the cheese.

   Cut Italian loaf into slices about 1.5 inches thick. Cut each piece partway down the middle to make a hot dog bun.

   Spread mayonnaise on both sides and the top and bottom of the buns then put on the griddle. Flip until all sides are golden-brown and remove from griddle.

   Set a warming rack on the griddle. Place buns on it, followed by sausages. Drizzle with Blackstone Creamy Buffalo sauce and season with Blackstone Buffalo Bleu seasoning.
