Easy Chicken Marinade

Directions
In a bowl, combine mayo, pesto, and seasonings thoroughly.
Add chicken to the bowl and ensure each piece is evenly coated with the marinade mixture. Allow it to marinate for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to low to low/medium heat.
Place the chicken on the griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, flipping each time until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious chicken pesto!
