Juicy Lucy Bacon Burger

Directions

  1. The trick to making burger magic is having a screaming hot surface to get the perfect sear and crust on your beef. Pre-heat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-high before cooking to get the best crust!

  2. Cook 4 pieces of bacon. Once finished remove from the griddle on drain on a paper towel.

  3. On a separate plate, form 8-10 oz. of ground beef into two thin patties. On the first patty, place a slice of cheddar cheese broken up and a slice of bacon split up. Get the second thinly formed patty and seal the two patties. Salt and pepper both sides.

  4. Remove most of the bacon fat, and cook burger for 3-4 minutes. Flip the patty, add water, and cover with a basting dome. Cook to desired doneness.

  5. Toast buns. Chop up the lettuce and the tomato slices on your cutting board.

  6. Flip the buns and remove from the griddle. To plate, add special sauce, lettuce, burger, tomato slices, and more sauce. Best served while still hot.
