Pizza Margherita

   Preheat the Blackstone Pizza Oven to 700°F or higher.

   Hand-stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch round.

   Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the dough.

   Distribute the mozzarella slices on top of the sauce.

   Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and drizzle with olive oil.

   Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 2-3 minutes, or until the mozzarella develops toasted spots.

   Remove from the oven, slice as desired, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
