These juicy turkey sliders are seasoned with onion soup mix, topped with creamy roasted garlic aioli, and served on toasted pretzel buns with crisp butter lettuce. They're easy to make and perfect for game day, parties, or a quick family meal.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 packets Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup & Dip Mix
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • Cooking oil, for the griddle
  • 9 slices Havarti cheese
  • 9 pretzel slider buns
  • Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh garlic
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp minced chives
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cooking oil to the griddle and sauté the garlic until lightly golden and fragrant. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the sautéed garlic, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, onion soup mix, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined, then divide into 9 equal portions and form into slider patties about 1½–2 ounces each.
  5. Lightly oil the griddle and cook the turkey patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and nicely browned.
  6. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Havarti cheese on each patty and cook until melted.
  7. Toast the cut sides of the pretzel slider buns on the griddle until lightly golden.
  8. Spread a generous layer of the roasted garlic aioli onto each bottom bun. Top with a turkey slider, a few pieces of butter lettuce, and the top bun.
  9. Serve immediately while the sliders are hot and the cheese is melted.
