  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1.5 teaspoons mustard
  • 2-3 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 lb 80/20 Ground Chuck
  • Taco size tortillas
  • American Cheese
  • Seasoning of your choice (such as Blackstone Griddle Steak or Blackstone Essential Blend)
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Pickles
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce until well combined. Taste and adjust the flavors to your liking.
  2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high. Smashburgers need high heat to cook properly.
  3. Pack the ground beef into a 1/4 cup measuring cup to form each burger patty. This will yield around 2-2.5 oz burger.
  4. Prepare your preferred toppings.
  5. Place the burger patties on the griddle, spacing them out for the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle seasoning of your choice on each patty.
  7. Place a tortilla onto each patty and press down for 5-10 seconds before repeating with the remaining patties. By the time you're finished with the last patty, the first ones should be ready to flip. Once you flip the patties, add a slice of American cheese on top.
  8. Once the burgers are fully cooked, remove them from the griddle and add your desired toppings.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
